Start with each school’s needs and match storybooks, IP stationery, school bags or other learning materials. Partners can sponsor resources and discuss delivery and school sharing as the project requires.

Will Legend can join an existing partner team, adding sustainability content, networks and delivery capability while each partner retains its core expertise and contributes to a more complete outcome for the client.
Clients may commission Will Legend directly, or work with us through an existing marketing agency, corporate communications firm or team, event planning team, travel service partner or other professional partner.
Will Legend focuses on sustainability project design, research and education content, partner connections, project coordination and outcomes documentation. Brand strategy, creative and event production, and media communications remain with the relevant professional partners. Transport, accommodation, guiding, insurance and other travel services are arranged by appropriately licensed or qualified travel partners.

Glacier Conservation Ambassador Training
Bringing science into schools and communities
Businesses, organisations and schools can commission Will Legend to arrange glacier conservation training for their representatives, at a venue designated by the commissioning partner or as part of the Xinjiang Tianshan Glacier Journey for learning in a research setting.
On completing the course, participants can receive a training certificate jointly issued by Will Legend and the Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences. They can then use Will Legend’s educational content to help communicate science in schools.
Educational resource sponsorship and IP
Coordinate sponsorship and delivery of books, school bags, clothing and technology-based teaching resources according to schools’ needs (IP includes Willy Bee, Flowery, Let the Glacier Cool, Green-blueprint etc.).
AIGC science communication
Develop youth creative work, educational films and multilingual content around scientific topics.

Support a themed feature or work with us on an ongoing series. Will Legend can contribute topic planning, research connections, field interviews and filming coordination, content production, Chinese and English communication, publishing and outcome reporting. Donate WillNature® products for everyday cleaning
Businesses and institutions can purchase WillNature® disinfectant for donation to schools, churches or social welfare organisations for routine cleaning and disinfection. They can also donate WillNature® Natural Air Conditioner Disinfectant Cleaner Sets to households referred by partner social welfare organisations.
Residents can follow the pictures and instructions on the product page to clean suitable and accessible parts of their air conditioners, helping to reduce dust and allergen build-up. Dismantling, deep cleaning and repairs should be handled by appropriately qualified service providers.

In practice: donating disinfectant to a church in 2023
In 2023, Will Legend donated WillNature® disinfectant to Choi Ping Baptist Church through the “Hold Me In Your Arms” Community Support Programme, supporting everyday cleaning and disinfection. Businesses and institutions can draw on this example to turn product purchases into useful everyday community support.

Commission Sustainable Health Service for schools and communities
Businesses can also fund Will Legend’s Sustainable Health Service for schools, churches or social welfare organisations. Cleaning, disinfection and allergen treatment can be planned around site needs to support cleaner, healthier living, learning and working environments. Any dismantling, deep cleaning or repairs will be handled by appropriately qualified service providers.
Will Legend can assess needs, connect partners, coordinate delivery and document outcomes, giving corporate community care a clear service scope and practical deliverables.
03 | Glacier honey giving
Donate glacier honey: connecting mountain livelihoods, bees and communities
Since 2023, Will Legend has continued purchasing honey from beekeepers in the Dagu Glacier area of Sichuan. These purchases support beekeeper livelihoods and continued beekeeping activity, putting the principles of the “Urban Wildlife Corridor” and “Home for Bees” Conservation and Education Programmes into practice.
Businesses and institutions can purchase or sponsor the purchase of glacier honey for donation to schools or social welfare organisations. Subject to agreed design, applicable labelling requirements and approval, dedicated sponsor labels can feature the partner’s brand and project message.
A jar of honey is both a thoughtful gift and a starting point for learning about mountain beekeepers, bee pollination, plants and the natural environment of glacier regions.
In practice: community honey giving in 2024 and 2025
In 2024 and 2025, Will Legend connected churches and community support through the “Hold Me In Your Arms” Community Support Programme, distributing honey, fruit and food to older people, cleaners and people in need. These initiatives extended support for mountain beekeepers into care for communities in Hong Kong.

A Taste of Hong Kong—A Warm Starting Point for CSR

For this project, Wah Fu Siu Mei commissioned Will Legend to develop a community-care initiative under the “Hold Me In Your Arms” Community Support Programme. We supported the project from programme design, meal-voucher and lunch-box arrangements, and community coordination to on-site distribution and impact communication.
As a traditional Hong Kong siu mei shop, Wah Fu Siu Mei gave back to the community through its freshly prepared food and active participation. Its brand was naturally represented through genuine community action and the project story.

Science dialogue at The Chinese University of Hong Kong
On 13 March 2026, CUHK’s Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change hosted Future of Ice: Climate Dialogues. CUHK’s release thanked Rotary for facilitating the event and acknowledged Let the Glacier Cool, an initiative jointly launched by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources and Will Legend.
The partnership continued at a Rotary district conference
On 31 May 2026, William Hung moderated a climate dialogue with researcher Wang Feiteng at Rotary International District 3450’s 66th district conference, discussing glacier conservation and science education.

Educational resources and IP in Xinjiang schools
Through school exchanges, Will Legend connects storybooks, clothing and educational resources. Businesses and organisations can commission or sponsor resources suited to each school’s needs, with Will Legend coordinating exchanges and outcome records.

Shenzhen University: another route for science communication
On 9 September 2026, the Faculty of Arts at Shenzhen University used Let the Glacier Cool as a story setting in its AIGC Short Film Project Planning course, bringing glacier and climate issues into art and AI filmmaking education.
The image records a class introduction and screening; any completed student work and its use depend on actual delivery and permissions.
Dagu Glacier: from field connections to education commissions
The Third Pole Hong Kong Glacier Landmark, presented by Will Legend to the Dagu Glacier Management Bureau, was unveiled on 28 December 2023. The parties also discussed Let the Glacier Cool at the bureau’s office. That December, William Hung visited the Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Tianshan Glaciological Station to exchange views with specialists. These field connections laid a foundation for later field learning and science communication.

Rotary International District 3450
Bringing glacier conservation together with climate education, Rotary member or student participation, stakeholder exchange and communication of outcomes.
Will Legend’s role, resources and evidence
On 28 October 2025, Will Legend, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources and Rotary International District 3450 jointly signed a cooperation declaration at the Third Pole Hong Kong Glacier Landmark Plaza at Dagu Glacier. The district then became the first comprehensive partner in the Let the Glacier Cool conservation and education programme.
Will Legend coordinated a five-day glacier journey, connecting the Dagu Glacier Management Bureau, research institutions and scientists, and arranging for participants to reach Dagu Glacier at an altitude of 4,860 metres. Afterwards, Will Legend used Facebook posts and video for public education, creative communication and outcome documentation.

The school’s needs
To take students beyond the classroom to learn about climate change, water resources and sustainable development through visits to glaciers, science education and cultural exchange, in keeping with the school’s national education theme of passing on knowledge and remembering the sources of what sustains us.

The first collaboration took students to Dagu Glacier in Sichuan.

The programme expanded to Tianshan Glacier No. 1 in Xinjiang, with learning at a research station and a school exchange.

The programme added meteorological science, sustainable agriculture, karez irrigation, book donations and a travelling art exhibition.

These may include participant numbers, hours of field learning, course content, exchanges, certificates and communication materials. The proposal and contract will set out the actual scope, timetable and responsibilities.
Advancing SDGs with AI
When commissioned, Will Legend can use AIGC to organise journey footage and content and create conservation and education films that communicate the project’s work and sustainable development value. Production requires the necessary likeness, copyright, brand and asset permissions.
Travel and safety: Qualified travel agencies and service providers will handle the itinerary, transport, accommodation, insurance and travel arrangements in line with destination requirements. Before an activity, participant suitability will be assessed in light of age, health, altitude and local conditions. The final proposal and contract will set out the specific arrangements.
