Will Legend works with businesses, organisations and schools on commissioned projects. We connect scientists with society and turn issues in climate, the environment, health and inclusion into projects that people can understand, take part in and put into practice in everyday life.
Why Will Legend exists
Research into climate change, pollution, biodiversity and health needs wider understanding and participation to reach communities and everyday life. Scientists bring research and expertise; schools, businesses and organisations need meaningful ways for people to engage with these issues.
Will Legend translates knowledge, coordinates resources and delivers projects. We work with scientists and other partners to design education, conservation and community initiatives that help people move from awareness to participation.
Will Legend was founded by CEO William Hung with the aim of turning the idea of harmonious coexistence among people, society, the economy and nature into projects that different sectors can participate in together and sustain over time. The founder is only the starting point of this journey; every project depends on the collective efforts of the team, professional organisations and partners.

Businesses, organisations and schools can commission Will Legend to design, connect, deliver and extend projects. Will Legend believes that ideals need sustained operational capacity to become reality; income from projects and services enables the team to continue investing in conservation, education and community work. The scope and deliverables of each collaboration are agreed by both parties.

Will Legend also collaborates with SDG consultants, marketing agencies, media and creative advertising companies, travel and educational tour companies, and other professional partners. Depending on the needs of each project, Will Legend adds sustainability content, scientific research and educational resources, local networks and project coordination capabilities, while each partner contributes its core expertise.
We respect our partners’ existing client relationships and agree roles, communication arrangements and deliverables before each project begins.

Will Legend generates income through project commissions, Sustainable Health Service and product sales, supporting the team’s continued work connecting research, education and community resources to turn Green-blueprint into practical action.
We also offer businesses and institutions ways to collaborate through product giving and commissioned services, enabling a purchase or service to meet practical needs in schools, churches, social welfare organisations and communities.
Products and services supporting everyday life
Businesses and institutions can purchase WillNature® disinfectant for donation to schools, churches or social welfare organisations. They can also donate WillNature® Natural Air Conditioner Disinfectant Cleaner Sets to households referred by partner social welfare organisations, allowing residents to clean suitable parts according to the product instructions. Businesses can also fund Sustainable Health Service for these organisations, supporting routine cleaning and environmental health.
In 2023, Will Legend donated WillNature® disinfectant to Choi Ping Baptist Church through the “Hold Me In Your Arms” Community Support Programme, turning community care into useful everyday support.
Glacier honey connecting mountain communities with Hong Kong
Since 2023, Will Legend has continued purchasing honey from beekeepers in the Dagu Glacier area of Sichuan, supporting their livelihoods and providing an economic incentive to continue beekeeping. This puts the principles of the “Urban Wildlife Corridor” and “Home for Bees” Conservation and Education Programmes into practice.
In 2024 and 2025, Will Legend connected churches and community support through the “Hold Me In Your Arms” Community Support Programme, distributing honey, fruit and food to older people, cleaners and people in need. These initiatives extended support for mountain beekeepers into care for communities in Hong Kong.

Businesses and institutions can purchase or sponsor the purchase of glacier honey for donation to schools or social welfare organisations, or commission Will Legend to arrange stories about its origin, nature education and community activities. Dedicated labels can be customised under the sponsorship arrangement to feature the partner’s brand and project message, encourage participation and help communicate project outcomes.

A meal voucher and freshly prepared siu mei can become the starting point for a meaningful connection between businesses, local shops and the community.
Through the “Hold Me In Your Arms” Community Support Programme, Will Legend connects local networks, partners and beneficiaries, enabling different sectors to take part in accessible and meaningful community action. Together with 華富 Siu Mei, we visited the local market to share food and festive blessings with senior citizens and residents—turning the wish to give back into practical action.

“Let the Glacier Cool” and glacier journeys
In 2023, Will Legend began working with researchers and the Dagu Glacier Management Bureau to advance glacier education and field learning through “Let the Glacier Cool”. According to reports by Heishui County media and China News Service’s Sichuan edition, the Dagu Glacier Management Bureau, the Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Will Legend jointly initiated the inaugural field-learning programme at Dagu Glacier in April 2024. A total of 128 students and parents from two Hong Kong primary schools took part. Institute instructors and scenic-area specialists guided participants in learning about glacier geology, ecosystems, and snow and ice measurements. Certificates were jointly issued by Will Legend and the Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, bore the official stamp of the Dagu Glacier Management Bureau, and were presented by a bureau representative on the day of the programme. The project demonstrates how Will Legend connects researchers, public management bodies, and schools to bring science into field education.

In March 2025, the Northwest Institute’s conference notice listed Will Legend as a co-organiser and William Hung as a scientific committee member and scheduled speaker. Shun Tak Fraternal Association Lee Kam Primary School commissioned Will Legend for three consecutive years, from 2024 to 2026, developing each journey around its educational goals. An April 2025 report on the Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone’s official website states that Will Legend planned the school’s seven-day Green-blueprint glacier study programme, while the district’s culture and tourism bureau planned the local route and selected the Xinjiang Geological and Mineral Museum for a visit. From environmental questions to everyday participation

On 31 May 2026, William Hung and researcher Wang Fei-teng discussed glacier conservation at Rotary District 3450’s conference, creating another opportunity for dialogue between research and the public.
Schools and learning resources
Will Legend brings original books and educational resources into school exchange activities in Xinjiang. Businesses and organisations can sponsor resources according to a school’s needs, with Will Legend coordinating the project.
Science as a creative starting point
In September 2026, the Faculty of Arts at Shenzhen University used “Let the Glacier Cool” as the story setting for an AIGC short film planning course, connecting science communication with a new generation of creators.

2023 | Dagu Glacier Management Bureau
The Third Pole Hong Kong Glacier Landmark, presented by Will Legend to the Dagu Glacier Management Bureau, was unveiled on 28 December 2023. The parties also discussed Let the Glacier Cool at the bureau’s offices. These connections subsequently supported glacier field learning and public education.

In December, William Hung visited the Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Tianshan Glacier Observation and Research Station, meeting an engineer and researcher Wang Fei-teng. The visits helped connect research with later learning programmes.

Alongside field learning and community activities, Will Legend uses the book “Willy Bee – The Journey of Glacier, Land and Ocean”, character IP, music videos, short films and, where appropriate, AI-assisted educational video to make issues easier to understand. Content can be designed for commissioned projects, subject to the necessary image, likeness and material rights.
